''The Hamburg Cell'' is a 2004 Channel 4 (United Kingdom) and CBC (Canada) television film that describes the creation of the Hamburg cell, islamist and extremist group composed by the terrorists that piloted the airplanes hijacked during the September 11 attacks. Although the terrorist cell was led by Mohamed Atta, the film is focused in the character of Ziad Jarrah, the terrorist that will crash the Flight 93 of United Airlines in Pennsylvania; he was the only that had doubts about the attacks.〔(Cronología: 11S y el cine. Peliculas sobre los atentados de las Torres Gemelas )〕 == Plot == In this daring dramatization of events leading up to 9/11, director Antonia Bird casts her bold, unblinking lens on the roots of extremism. You meet a small band of middle-class students who commit themselves to the unconscionable: Ziad Jarrah (Karim Saleh), the confused and ultimately duplicitious lover and husband; Mohamed Atta (Kamel), the stern, puritanical enforcer, seething with hate; and Ramzi Binalshibh (Omar Berdouni), the fanatic recruiter for violent martyrdom. Based on exhaustive research, including personal interviews, unpublished correspondence and the official 9/11 Commission Report, the film offers a coldly detached yet unnervingly intimate study of young men who turned themselves into monsters. What's more, it reveals the many instances when they might have been stopped. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「The Hamburg Cell (film)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
